Most likely they would cancel it, but it's not guaranteed. We had two accounts with zero balances and always on time payments - Lowe's and Kohl's. Lowe's canceled the account as soon as they found out about the BK. Kohl's so far hasn't canceled it, but we're only a couple of months in, so they still might.
I wonder if you could call CareCredit (anonymously) and find out what their policy is regarding BKs?

I thought you had to include all your debts? Unless it had a zero balance, b/c then, technically, there is no debt on a zero balance account. If you don't include any debts in your BK filing, I think the court might object. (If I am wrong, please chime in here! Thx.)
Yes, unless they are zero balance, you do have to include them.
Yes, unless they are zero balance, you do have to include them. I guess I just assumed that it was zero balance since the OP was even entertaining the possibility of being able to keep it.
Cbyrn, if it isn't zero balance and you can continue to afford the payments on it, you might be able to get them to allow you to keep the card if you reaffirm the debt. Many times creditors will agree to keep your account open in exchange for you agreeing to continue paying the debt. However, they usually only give you a small credit limit.
