If I pay 50.00 a month on a non defaulted loan it will never go default?

Is it a private or federal loan? If its a federal loan you may be able to apply for income sensitive payments. If they're private loans your options are very limited.

AES does have a deferment/forebearance program but it's only for a short time up to a maximum of one year.

They also have a program where for one year you pay 50% principal & 50% interest payments, then second year interest only payments. After that payments are back to normal.

Sorry but those are your only options. You're going to have to try one of those or find a way to increase your income. I pay $700 a month to AES and barely get by but I'm doing it.

This is a bunch of ****. the government taxes my income and wants all this money, i cant live this way! i cant increase my pay, NO ONE CAREs THAT I HAVE A DEGREE IN BUSINESS. BBA. I had to goto truck driving school so that i could get a better wage than working at a shop or where ever. i work 50 hours now, how much more should i work. People should not have to work 7 days a week.
