They aren't a settlement company. It's a lead generating site owned by Zenith Marketing. Zenith collects people's information and then sells it to the debt settlement companies that are it's clients.
You may want to consider saving on the settlement company's fees by doing it yourself. There are lot of people on the board that can help. Just list who you borrowed from, how much you took, how much you've paid and what state you live in. Someone will be along to advise you how to handle it.
If you seriously do want to use a company instead of doing it yourself, though, you don't need to go through a lead generator. There are only a handful that I know of - Langhorne debt solutions, PDL Assistance and one or two others. You can research those and then contact them directly before making a decision.
