Another AES question

Just thought I'd throw this out to soaplady to see if she knows the answer.
As I said in a previous post, I've been paying my private student loans to the tune of $700 a month. I barely get by but I've been doing it by scraping and increasing my income just enough. I've also been paying ahead of time before the due date to knock off more principal.
Since I've been doing that, do you think AES would be willing to recalculate my monthly payments? I think I could save about $50 a month by doing that
I want to call them and ask but everytime I call them, I sit on hold for like a half hour before someone picks up so I thought I'd ask here first before calling.

I have 6 loans totaling close to $80,000. I don't have the cred
I have 6 loans totaling close to $80,000. I don't have the credit to consolidate and don't have anyone who would be willing to cosign (My dad cosigned my loans but he's been out of work for the last 6 months rehabbing his knee).
Really dont know...you would have to call and ask them.
