I think I am a moron I can't figure out how to enter the chat room :oops: please help me I am computer stupid when it comes to things like this, in other words I don't have any patience to sit and try to figure it out.

Ladybug, I'm having the same problem, for some reason the chat room won't let me enter, when I try to enter it continually says " you are not connected to the chat room", yet I can see my name appear. When I type a message, it doesn't show up! I must be dumber than a rock because I can't figure it out either. lol

I think the previous poster might be confused I think that live chat button is to talk to one of the debt counselors on this site, I don't think it's to enter the chat room.
