Question about creditors calling your family members

Hi everyone, My cousin is deliquent in all of his credit cards and most of our family are getting calls. What can we do to stop the harassing calls?

I had one credit card constantly calling my elderly parents (with whom I haven't lived for over 25 years) and they stopped right away when my mother informed them she was recording and documenting their calls.
