I'm not sure if they have or not. I know IQ Receivable Solutions does their collection for them. If you check out their website they do have lawyers that work for them. I'm in Columbus and have IQRS collecting for a pdl from them.

obviously if you borrowed from them you should pay back to them
i have ret checks before and their collection dept has always been helpful
no worries in getting upset, they have a job to do just like me and you, so of course they will tell you they are pre-whatever!!!!!
