I have a debt I stopped at my bank to payless financial. When I talked to this man on phone, he directed me to a contract page. He didn't give me time to read contract...he told me to sign it and when I did, I was gonna print it but it went down so fast I was unable to print it much less get all the contact info. Now I had a debit @ my bank (which I stopped). What can I do about stopping the whole thing all together?

If you snoop around the forum you will come across a lot of negative reports on Payless Financial. In all, any company which offers to consolidate your payday loan debt is more than just shady, best to stay away from them.
If you want to pull out of this, you will need to contact Payless and have them cancel your contract. That should take care of things.

From next time, don't repeat the same mistake. Never ever sign anything without reading it. Otherwise, you'll face similar kinds of problems in future also.
