The Cash Spot

Per the advice on this forum I sent the Cash Spot AKA American Consumer Credit a letter via email, fax and regular mail stating I was closing my account.
I have overpaid them by 292.00 which I'm sure I will never get back.
Anyway the only correspondence I get from them is the reminder that they will be debiting my account.
Any idea what to do when you get no response ?

I would hang tight, once they attempt to debit your account and
