We would need more information from you. Like, who you have loans with, how much you have paid, what state you live in, and how much did you borrow. Then we would be able to find out if you have been dealing with a company that is lending illegally, if you have you should only feel obligated to pay back what you borrowed, here are the state laws for you. Look these over, and when you get a chance come back and let us know the rest of your situation, we are all here to help :)

Check'N Go & PayDay One are the only non Maine based payday loan people who are licensed in Maine. The rest of the licensed lenders are based in Maine. They must be licensed in Maine to lend to Maine consumers.

I just got out of Pay Day hell and found this helpful. United Cash has a C & D order in Maine and still lent to me! I found all my lenders were illegal and I had overpaid them all. I found this site and it helped me alot.
