I've finally recieved a reply from paydayyes.com regarding a ipdl I've overpaid on.

James,

Your payment was returned due to your account being closed and has been placed in our collections department. I can assist you in a payment plan and stop all additional finance fees. I can be reached at 800-420-8025, request to speak to Karen Greer. Have a great day!

Thanks,

Karen
and here is my response to her.

Karen,I sent paydayyes an e-mail on Wednesday September 10th to info@paydayyes.com. I've also mailed via USPS this letter to you as well. Following is the body of the e-mail and letter I've sent you. I've yet to recieve a reply to any of my original mailings.

Body of C&D letter.

I believe that I have paid more than what the loan principle is for in the biweekly payments of $134.00. I would like documentation of the loan agreement and a record of all payments made to paydayyes.com before we discuss if there are any balances left. James

here is another email address for paydayyes.com

recoveries@paydayservices.com

paydayservices aka paydayyes are illegal.respond with the fact that you are due a refund.they will try to state because it was done over the internet, they do not have to be licensed.do not believe it for a second.
