I agree, try talking to the manager first; explain your problem in detail, I'm sure they've heard it before. Take a list of questions with you and take notes when you're talking to them. Make sure the account can't be forced back open by the PDLs and also make sure that your bank won't charge return fees when the PDL's try to withdraw funds from your account.
