Anyone here has dealt with this guy?I took out a $350 loan Paid $420 until i found out pdl are illegal in new york.So thats i have oever paid them and not paying no more.I sent a c and d letter few times but of course he keeps calling leaving messages saying to call him back this is not game they will take legal action against me blah blah blah funny thing is is that when i see his number i pick up the phone and hang up on him.Anyhow i have sent several emails saying to mark my account pif but of course he keep calling and emailing me.Anyone here have same problem with him.I dont think i should worry about legal stuff wih him since they are illegal in ny.right? He can't do nothing legaly to me here in ny.Its all talk am i right?

in NY as in IL any CA or attorney collecting has to be licensed to collect or sue.check and see if this joker is.i would be willing to bet he's not.no legal collector would keep spouting that line.
in fact keep track.that first time he said either by e-mail or phone about legal action.he has 30 days to do so if not it's an fdcpa violation.see how many he racks up.you would be amazed.

Borrowed $400 dollars in 4/2008. Never heard anything up until now 10/2009. Up set because now Mr. mitchell has debited my account and it is rent time. How do you let a year go by without no calls or letters now you reappear. You will not get anymore cause the account is closed. So do not worry about that leagal stuff just a scare tactic.

What is funny is that if you call Nationwide Cash, and manipulate through their phone system, you can get to the extensions of Langhorne Law, who purport to help people get rid of their payday loans.

Maybe you can call Mr. Mitchell back and ask him if he can transfer you over to Langhorne so they can tell him his tactics are illegal.
