I am dealing with them as well, tried to have them deleted from my cr as they never sent me anything in the mail pertaining to this, and Transunion says its been verified and they will no longer research it, called it frivilous, talk about pissed!

it's kinda funny, all of the e-mails I've gotten from AIS, sounds like they don't even know anything about this account and whether they're collecting on it or not.....
No documention no payments.....
Don't be scammed
I just recently received a phone call from AIS. They claimed to have a 'civil complaint' filed against me from 'their client'. I asked who they represented, they said a law firm. I asked what this account was in regard to and that I wanted documentation regarding the account they're claiming to collect. She replied that they would send me a summons to court. Then, after I blew up on her, she told me it was in regard to a specific bank collecting a past due debt. BINGO! They were dead wrong. The account she so confidently named has been named by another bottom-feeding debt collector called Great Seneca Financial who, try as I did for 5 years to get information from them, successfully filed a garnishment for 3 times the amount I ever owned on that account. AIS is another scam company that tip-toes just inside the lines of the Federal Debt Collection Law, and gets away with it. Let them send you a summons to court, and then by all means show up! If they're wrong, that's the ONLY way to beat them.
How did they get a garnishment? Did you not show up in court?
