Is there a way to take over payment or pay the balanced own on a bank repossed car before it is auctioned ?

Give the bank a call and see what they have to say ~ You should be able to get the car back as long as you pay the amount that is passed due. It's in your best interest to work something out with them ~ once it goes to auction and it is sold for a cheaper amount that what YOU owe...I believe you are still responsible for the balance.
