I have a debt from 2001. I found out now in 2008 that I have a judgment. I call this people to ask for a bill of what I owe and they say that the account is too old for the to send me a bill. I don't know anything about the account, I don't have account number or anything. I just have a credit report saying that I have a judgment. I know that in 2001 I had a credit card that I stop paying . but the balance that I can recall was less than 1000. They are saying that I owe about 4000 now. I now there are different fees. But I want a letter or something saying How much was my original debt and what goes to fees and what type of fees. How can I make them mail me that letter.
