webpayday C&D question

If i were to send out a C&D letter today via email to webpayday what is the likelyhood they would not debit my account on the 30th of this month??...here is my history. (i have used them before and paid off loan+ lots of interest... made the mistake of taking out another)

06/05 took out loan of 800.00
06/30 paid 200.00
07/31 paid 400.00
08/29 paid 400.00

have payment of 400.00 scheduled for 9/30


Most likely what WILL happen is this, they will debit your account as soon as they receive the letter. Wepayday is licensed in Utah I believe, what state are you in? You would be better off getting a block placed on that account, or closing that account BEFORE you send a C&D letter!
