Can i get my money back from Debt XS?

I started with these poeple back in august of last year.I paid About $630 up front and they been taking out $112 a month from my checking acount up until august.I thought this would a program to help me settle my debts cheaper and better.I got bad advice frome their reps back in november.I recieve letter from discover card saying to call them to work something out with them or i can end up being sued well these people kept telling me no i will not get sued they just trying o scare me.this past january i get papers fromtheir lawyers.i had no choice put to start paying this ever month.Meanwhile all my other depbts i had ended up settling my self most i got 50 % off what i owed them.I ended up loseing paying debt xs around $ 1800.Can anyone tell me if theres anything i can do to get some or my money back from debt xs?
