I currently have an arm coming due in 2010 on my home and will need to refinance my loan
If I enroll in a debt consolidation program, will I still be able to refinance my loan while I'm enrolled in the debt consolidation / restructuring program?

I doubt it since you are already in a debt cons program they are
I doubt it since you are already in a debt cons program they are not going to want you to get into any more debt if I am correct. Others will be along to advise further.

If it's a debt management plan and you finish the program before you refinance, you should be okay.
