i have had a payday loan since feb. of 2008. the loan amount is for 1500.00 and i have paid over 4080.00 dollars in interest--i can not pay this interest anymore but i will pay the principle--can i do that in wisconsin, the name is advanced cash to go--storefront

Well, as you can see by your payday lender law rollovers are permitted so what they're doing is perfectly legal. My suggestion would be to ask them for the EPP (Extended payment plan), usually only store fronts who are members of the CSFA offer this plan. But you have to ask for it as they won't offer it. What this plan does-gives you the opportunity to pay off the loan in four equal payments on each payday! You are only eligible if you haven't defaulted yet, and must ask for this at least one day in advance of your next payment due.
