How do you find out if the PDL is legal?

Hi there, many different ways. Try typing the name of the company in question into the forum search box located in the upper right hand corner of this forum. Also, look up the payday loan laws of your state HERE, scroll down and click on the state you are inquiring about. Once you choose a state, click on the licensee data base link, usually located somewhere at the bottom of the pdl laws. Refer to THIS LINK for further information. It requires a lot of research to make sure the information is accurate! Just follow the steps above and you should be able to locate the information you are seeking. :)
