I left the USA a few yeras ago, I am now in Europe. I left an unpaid Credit card. I know that at my last known address they received a summons. What can happen? It is impossible for me to pay the debt. what can happen?

They can do nothing. If you go back, they still can????t do nothing.

I have unpaid bills to bankard mastercard and it reaches to 600 thousand including interests and hidden charges... from the principal amount of 100 thousand and went up to 600 thousand. I went directly to bankard office to settle it in a form of service. One of the officers told me that they will just have to call me and see if my proposal is approved. Because I have no resources till now. My proposal is to pay them by giving them advertisement in a magazine equivalent to 600 thousand. This propsal came from a friend who is willing to help me.One day A collection law office called me and keeps on bothering me. I don't know why this collection law office called me just to inform me that my proposal was declined. and there is no way that their client bankard will agree to this kind of settlement.

My question is... is it really impossible to pay bankard through service if i don't have a way to settle that big amount? What will happen to me?
Please help me through your advice.
