i am in a debt settlement program now for about 3 months. They are carging me a fee and taking money out of my account each month. They say it will take 3 years to settle. I got a call form a creditor today that says if i dont pay min due they will sue me. what do i do?

Report it to the debt settlement company and it is upto them to convey the message to all your creditors that you are in a debt settlement program. You can also tell your creditor that you are opting for debt settlement as you are unable to payoff the original debt.
