this morning i got a voice mail from someone claiming to
be national lega case. a lot of noice in the background, and did not sound profession at all. i google the company name with no luck then googled the number only came up as some phone number in Clovis California. i live in Mass so there is a 3 hrs difference so i call this number and someone with an indian accent answers the phone i gave him my name and the guy can not speak english very well puts me on hold for someone else to say that Jason was not in right now and if i wanted to leave a message so i just hung up. whatever, whoevery they call themselve THEY ARE BOGUS

They have their phone banks set up in what sounds like a warehouse in India but if you manage to get their phone number, it's linked to an area code here in the States. What I'd like to know is, if these companies are legitimate as they claim to be, why do they need to hide behind so many different places and facades?

ok another question. i have been going over some of my bank statements. i borrowed 450.00 from nat'l money store todate i have paid what looks like $478.75 -epayday loan paid in full., landmark borrowed 300.00 paid 360.00 in fees. as i am financialy strapped for cash right now i should not have to owe them anything. what is the best way to handle this mater?

I got a call from them, too - I mentioned the attorney general and they seemed to have dissapear. They are a huge, huge scam! I reported them to the FTC, BBB and attorney general's office for my state. I was scared that they were gonna call my work but like i said, they seemed to have dissapeared.

yea, but if they're overseas, i don't know how much can be done? it seems like all of a sudden, a lot of scams are out there. i got a call from another number, asking me if i needed help with my debt. i looked up the number on the internet and of course, it will also some crazy scam.
