SGQ, Ltd. has been trying to get small amounts out of my checking account incurring lots of insufficient fund fees. I never signed a contract with them. I did request a payday advance on line (before I found this site and found out they are illegal in NY where I reside) and received a call from Husk I politely said no and hung up. Then funds posted to my account under the name SGQ, Ltsd. I started seeing these small portions of money trying to come out of my already upside-down account. They deposited $300 into my account. They attempted then to debit the amound back, but I had blocked then with my bank. Do I owe them the money, even though I never requested it and it was illegal for them to give it to me anyway?

did you withdraw the money? if you did, than they're gonna push

did you withdraw the money? if you did, than they're gonna push for their money back. because you're in NY, you only would pay the $300 (that is, if you spent it, if it was reversed, you're good.)

Payday Advance

They are crooks, I did request a payday loan from them $200 I agreeded to pay them back $50 every 2 weeks plus their fees. Now that I am down to the last payment they wont take the last payment, they just keep taking out their fee but not the last payment. Causing me to keep paying them. Now in the beginning I was talking to someone named AJ at that number now it just keeps saying that no one is available and to leave a message. I have faxed them, Emailed them and still nothing. I am going to my bank and close out my whole account.

Didnt Know

I applied for a loan too, but did not look at my acct till it was too late. And now I see that they debited my account but I dont have no contact information. If you guys have the address or website can you please post it?? I thought it was just my check that was in there but it turns out it wasnt and I spent half of that $200. Well any info would be greatly appreciated!! I would really like to give that money back to them! Thanks
