Once all the credit has been paid off, what can I do to raise my score quickly? Are there special companies out there that may do that for you, if you pay them a lot?

There are options or hiring law firms that perform credit repair but its expensive. You credit isn't going to get fixed over night. You still need to make good decisions like keeping a low debt load and paying your bills on time. Time and smart decisions will slowly get your credit back on track.
