We just signed up for debt consolidation, but want to make sure they're legit.

We're settling at 40% and their fees total 12% of our debt paid
We're settling at 40% and their fees total 12% of our debt paid to them in the first 8 months with not much going into our savings. I'm starting to read up on it and think it's not a good deal. What do we do? We have $60k in CC debt from being stupid for years thinking an mlm would work. who can I trust to talk to?
