I am thinking about signing up with credit solutions, but read a few postings on your site. Does anyone have advise about this organization? Do they really stop trying to help you after you have paid the 15% comission?
Appreciate any advise on this company.

They have the worst reputation in the industry and currently have a class action lawsuit against them by the law firm Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP. They have a horrible unsatisfactory record with the BBB with over 1500 complaints. For the love of god stay way from them. They are the Anti Christ of the debt settlement industry.

All they did was to get me into more trouble and deeper in debt. They never contacted any of my creditors and never returned the 4500.00 I had paid to them, STAY AWAY FROM

I too -- recently was thinking about them -- thank you so much for your post -- when I told them I wasn't going to go with them -- they sent me a really degrating and nasty email -- with typos - of course. I am now thinking about Superior debt service -- any ideas on them? :D

I am with Care One Credit, they are BBB accredited, and are law firm Percels & Associates. LLC represents for customers. I was with Credit Solutions, they took 2500 $ , did nothing, I backed out ,threatened to report them to BBB and joined class action of Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP, they refund $1500 after I made the Rep talked to his Manager 3 times . They just wanted pay me back 800$ only. Research Care One Credit more, hope it helps.
