I have a loan with cashnetusa for 1500. I have refinanced twice paying about $682 in fees.

I called them to set up a EPP. They refused to work with me. They said they do not offer an EPP. I called again and got someone else that said they would set up a EPP but for only two payments of $907. I asked them if they could extend it to three equal payments and they refused because I get paid once a month.

So basically, I am posting on the forum because I am confused. I thought that they could set up EPP into 4 payments. I am not sure if anyone here has had experience with CashNetUsa or has any advice to offer me. I don't want to default on the loan but I can't afford 2 equal payments.

Please help!

I live in Texas. Cash Net Usa is an internet lender and they are a CSO but they are also member of the CFSA. I thought if you were a member of the CFSA they are required to provided a EPP. I am rather confused about it.

I called them 5 times. I talked to 5 different people and got 5 different answeres. Three of the people I spoke to were so rude that they wouldnt' even listen to me. The other two said oh we offer a EPP but only split up in 2 payments.
