transforming debt into wealth?

John M. Cummata claims that this could be done in approximately 6-7 years without borrowing any additional money.
We are investigating this and debt settlement.

I looked into this guy's programs too, because they DO sound too good to be true. While I don't think the material is an outright scam, the general consensus seems to be that the information is so general and vague, with no details or exact instructions, that it doesn't really help you anyway. And most of what he tells you is either common sense or info that is available on other sites for free. At the time I was checking it out, a lot of his programs are available on Ebay for a lot less that he is asking himself (from people who must've bought it, and realized it didn't help much). If you are still curious, you could bid on it at a cut-rate price so you're not out so much money. There are even some people that offer the programs as electronic downloads so there's no shipping cost. If I were going to buy one of his programs, I'd do that instead of wasting the full amount on them, and NOT BUY THEM FROM CUMMUTA'S COMPANY, because that's where the scam comes in: his company is notorious for continuing to charge a "service fee" every month, just for owning the program so they are available for consultations, etc. (at least with the real estate program), yet there seems to be problems with clients even able to get through to anyone. They just keep charging your credit card month after month, for basically nothing.

Transforming Debt Into Wealth is a SCAM!
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
DO NOT order their FREE cd that you hear about on the radio. They'll send you a whole box of the Transforming Debt into Wealth system. Then you only have 30 days to return or else they will charge you $500. I did not even open the product because I have not had time. I made an attempt to return the product after the "trial" period and they refuse to take it back. Their customer service associates are rude and not at all helpful. Now I'm stuck paying for a product that I do not want. I feel they should accept my return simply because I have not even opened the product. I say they are a scam and are not to be trusted.
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

I made the mistake of ordering to cd set over the phone. When I got home I researched and after finding all the negative feedback, I tried to cancel my order. The sales rep said it had already been shipped. As soon as I got the package, I went online and obtained a refund authorization number, went to the post office and shipped the package back, well within the 30 days. This morning the withdrew $120 from my account. I called and explained what happened, the sales rep hung up on me. I called back and got the reps name and extension, and when I explained to her what happened, she said my account didn't show I ever received a RAN. So I gave her the number, she hung up on me. I called a third time, asked for a supervisor. I was hung up on again. I e-mailed john@johncummuta.com still no response. I was looking on his site to get contact info, and he has 2 pages about his Christian beliefs and how he is such a great and caring Christian. Now, being a Christian myself, I wonder how he's going to explain his business ethics to God on Judgment Day

Like it was previoulsy mentioned, alot of info on getting out of debt ison the web, including here! As for the wealth part, there are no get rich fixes out there, or we would all be wealthy.
Most people can get out of debt in the 6-7 years you mentioned. This site is full of others who have gotten out of debt. The money you spent on your debt can then be put into a savings, cd, etc.
It took me alot of years to get into debt, and it took a while to get out-only one 3rd party CA left, but it can be done.
Good Luck to you..karen

its sad that so many programs are out now that are taking advantage of people that are in trouble and making thier financial situation even worse. Im not sure how these people sleep at night. anyhow i havent tried this particular product so im not sure if its a scam or not but that "too good to be true" bell is ringing in my ear. I have no problems with people profiting a little from thier expertise, but 500.00 off of everyone that signs on? thats alot

I know i already made a post, about THIS thread. It just seem a bit 'scammy' to me. This may have worked with the person who wrote the book/CD, but.......I don't know......I'd be REALLY sceptical of something like this. PLUS.......giving them bank account numbers, etc. Not a good idea.

First of all, I have PAID off all my debt, except one. I got into hardship programs and paid the cc companies all that I owed them and got paid in full letters. The one I am dealing with for almost 3 years is a debt that is from 1980s' and I have over paid somewhere in the neighborhood of 13,000 dollars.
No one here, that I know of says, don't pay back what you owe. I charged the debts on my other cards, and paid them back, late, but they were paid off.
This site helps others to become educated in their rights so that they aren't taken advantage of.

DO NOT BUY TRANSFORMING DEBT INTO WEALTH SYSTEM. I have purchased many many items from Nightingale conant over the years but this package is just that, a package of useless information. It is very vague and does not give any information that common sense would not dictate. I did not even open mine and reviewed a friends who purchased it. I tried to return mine but the reps are assholes and rude at best, I am in the process of calling the State attorney generals office but waiting to hear from the corporate office first. I feel like returning mine with the same thing that came in it, dogshit !!! DO NOT ORDER THIS SYSTEM. PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i PURCHASED THE TRANS DEBT INTO WEALTH SYSTEM AND FOUND IT TO BE VERY GENERIC, ALBEIT SOME PEOPLE WOULD BENEFIT FROM SOME OF THE INFO CONTAINED, i DID NOT, BUT WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN IT I GOT A LOT OF FLACK. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU CALL 1-800-560-6081 ANF TALK TO "SHANLLY" OR WHOMEVER IS IN CHARGE OF THE PROGRAM AT CORPORATE HDQTRS. THEY WERE ACTUALLY PRETTY NICE AND TOOK CARE OF ME AND I WILL REMAIN A NIGHTINGALE-CONANT CUSTOMER BECASUE OF IT, BUT THEY DID ALMOST LOSE ME.
Unlike most of you, a friend of mine let me borrow the audio tap
Unlike most of you, a friend of mine let me borrow the audio tapes (I've since converted them to CD) for free over 7 years ago so I don't have the horror stories of returning them or whatever. Nonetheless, the message is real and it has worked for me quite well since then. I've paid off all my credit cards, both cars, my student loan, and now have about 50% equity in my home, thanks to this program. It really does work because it's nothing more than simple math. For those of you who have been scammed, here's how it works...Concentrate on one debt payment at a time (continue paying minimum payments on your other debts) and put an extra 10%-15% of your monthly income on it until it gets paid off. Once it is paid off, focus on a different debt and apply that extra 10%-15% on it as well but also include your normal monthly payment from your paid-off debt. All this does is accelerate debt payment. Simple math, no more, no less. Paying off everything in less than 7 years is a stretch though, but on paper, it is doable.

thank you for the inside advise so that people dont have to purchase it. but from what you are saying that is pretty common sense. pretty much what you can learn from here. focus on 1 when paid off apply that old payment with the next and so forth.

Yeah, it is common sense, for the most part. However, some of the tips included ways to "maximize" monthly cash flow, which most people may be immune to. For instance, increasing your insurance deductiles which lowers your premiums. Sure, there is inherent risk but if your history shows you never make any claims, why not take the risk? Another good one talked about renting movies when you have 100 channels on your satellite dish. It's not being overly "penny pinching", it's more of an awareness than anything. Hope this helps everyone just a little.

Free CD
Do not order the "free CD" they advertise on the radio. I ordered it and they told me I was making no commitment at all. They send me a box with several materials. The box was not open inmediately, since I was not told that in 30 days they were going to start charging me $80.00 x 5. This morning I saw the $80.00 charge in my credit card statement and called the company. They told me there is nothing I can do. I told them I was going to send back the box and they could keep the $80.00, just not to charge me going forward. No luck, they pretty much told me "you are keeping the box and we are charging you the $400.00". Keep in mind they have me on tape asking if they are going to charge me automatically after 30 days and the salesperson says "no, you are not commiting to anything". Well apparently I was commiting to everything.

Dear Mykesteph, my step-dad has had problems in the past with ordering a product and then they didn't reveal that he was signing up for monthly automatic shipments/charges to his credit card. He called his credit card company and they took care of it for him because they were unauthorized charges. Hopefully that would work for you too, just call your credit card company and see what they can do.

Why didnt you open it and take some personal responsibility in looking at it. I'm sure you were instructed to take 30 days to at least look at and investigate if it would work for you.. you admitted you attempted sending it back after the 30 day trial period.you have no one to blame but yourself for not following simple instructions that who ever you talked to originally had to disclose to you LEGALLY apon sending out the product . homer simpson says d'oh not duh.btw a friend of mine experienced the same thing.they do not disclose the 400.00 if you don't return the CD.this man is a scammer just like the other slime KEVIN TRUDEAU.both will get theirs one day.mark my words.

I guess, I miss quoted homer. sorry. I should pay better attention. If you have questions if the total cost of the program was not disclosed by the rep. I suggest you make a formal request for recording of the sales call confirmation. you have a legal right to review it.. sounds like hear say from your friend to you about the actual conversation that took place, not that he may be correct, not my call. A company that has been promoting its product like transforming debt into wealth for several years, nearly 20 years, has no intrest in getting tied up in law suits for the sake of making someone unhappy and making some extra dollars on the side. I really believe where they make their money is when they actually help a customer get on the right track, and make some common sense decisions to get their finances in order, and yes alot of whats in the program is common sense. Something alot of people in this day and age don't use. That's why their financial situation is in shambles. maybe reviewing the common sense issues is not such a bad idea. D'oh!

a little FYI.transforming debt into wealth has only been going on since 2002.so that argument of yours is gone.now the reason his scam works is because of people thinking along your lines.that they should have opened this CD right away.btw i'm apt to believe a friend of 30 plus years than a shill for this scam.i advocate everyone who feels they got taken to file the proper complaints.then down the road john can hype a new scam just like trudeau.god that man has been involved in more scams.he keeps coming up with them to pay judgements from his last scam.trudeau's memory system, natural cures, etc.that is john's future if i have anything to do with it.a complete scam artist.

why do you think that on every marketing arm for this project they actually record the phone conversation from the beginning to end... there is a good reason.. people need to pay attention. did you ever notice that people generally ALWAYS assume that THEIR exception to the rule or what they agree to should be taken into consideration above all else.I think they call that entitlement, especially if they actually agreed to the terms at the time.. lets say like agree to review the product for 30 days and resonding back if they CHOOSE not to participate. get a clue

For those of you who are in debt, I'll tell you how I did it. I went thru a divorce, and accquired a debt, that I had to pay off from my EX for $10,000.00. I did it the old fashion way. You still have to pay the 10,000.00, but with little or no interest. The interest was killing me on the payments. You know all about those letters you receive in the mail from credit card companies offering 0 % interest for 6 months and no penalty for transfers. All you have to do is keep moving the money you owe, from credit card to credit card, keeping track of the deadline. Allow yourself at least 60 days before the end of the 6 month period. Then keep transfering your money to another card. Of course you dont use this card for purchases, and DONT be late on your payments. credit card co. count on you being late, so they can charge that LATE FEE. Even 1 or 2 % cards are fine to use. I think the most I payed in interest for a month was $6.00. Hope this helps everyone out there.
Transform Debt Into Wealth
STAY AWAY!!!! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!
I bought the whole CD "Quick Start" DVD & Manual at a weak moment - tried to return it - everything was unopened and untouched, but it was just past the 30 day trial period & they wouldn't return it. Customer service is EXTREMELY RUDE (Keith) - even their boss Agnes was condescending and very rude. They have continued to charge my debit card - more than stated for the entire system AND are charging me monthly form $67.49 to 79.99 for ?
They deny they are charging me -
I am putting a charge back on my credit card which is also a nightmare.

I ordered CUMMUTA's TDIW program, used the software program to draw up a plan, listened to the audio CDs as motivation during my commutes to work, and read through the other material included in the package. I learned a lot from the program that I didn't know and didn't have the time to gather myself through research. Is the information out there? Sure, but it was easier for me to have it all in one system, so I can't say it's a scam. For me, I've benefitted greatly from my purchase. While I did take the 30-min free phone consultation that's offered as part of the set, and I found the guy on the phone to be polite, I chose not to buy into the mentoring program from the company with which Commuta partners for such services. I've received only one phone call since, and have not been bothered with offers after I turned them down. Some may need such a program to help them stay disciplined financially; I felt I could do it alone with the knowledge I got from his product. And I am succeeding in following my financial plan. After only 2 years (this July), all my debts (but for mortgage) has been paid off: that's numerous maxed out credit cards, gas cards, auto & furniture loans, etc. Perhaps I could've found the info cheaper had I looked, but I didn't. I'll admit that and can't blame Cummuta for my lack of "bargain shopping". Still, considering the financial freedom I've been able to achieve in the 2 years since I heard his radio ad and took the chance, I'm pleased. Is it a product that works for everyone? No, but it worked for me.

Do not get involved with turn debt into wealth....huge scam.... We only purchased the introductry kit then called the number for consultation where they tried to sell us the cd's and we didn't buy...they wouldn't let us send back the introductry kit and was charging our credit card $79 plus other charges. We had the credit card company take them off then the other day we recieve a bill from new world media stating we owed 239.97 but for a limited time they will reduce our amount to 119.98 . There is is no contact number . At the top where the address is it states not to send payment there, there is a website to submit payments, that's how i found out what new world media was ..the website is tdiwpayments.com and if you punch that in it comes up turn debt into wealth....anyways...scam scam scam.... I'm sure he is turning his debt into wealth...people probably just pay without investigatin.....stay away!!
