Going it alone??

I have been with a debt management program for the past year. They have set up all of my accounts with my creditor with monthly payments, etc. and it has been working fine. I am trying to save some money and one way is to instead of using this program just make the payments myself. Right now I pay a $50 fee to the company. If I just make the individual payments that would save me $600 a year! That's almost another whole payment. Plus when they take that lump sum payment it kills me - I know some of the actual due dates and if I spread out the payments over the month it makes it a little less painful than taking basically one of my weekly paychecks.
Does anyone know if I can drop this company and just start making payments directly to the creditors if the proposals are still active...i.e. they will stick to the same agreements? Most are with original creditors (whom I don't mind calling) but two are with collection agencies that I frankly would rather not contact.
Thanks!

No , If you drop from the program the deal would be void.
