I have all my credits account on charge-off over 3yeras can they still make me even Im on s security and food stamp and my husband make 700. at month N I get 666. for ss and my kid make 164 from s security

Can they still make you what?? You are not being clear as to what your question is? Can they report you as a charge off? Can they continue to collect?
