First I want to thank you all for the time you take to help those of us who are trying to find honest and legitimate ways to get out of these situations. I live in Delaware and as you know we are the Bermuda Triangle of PDLs!! I contacted OneClickCash (scared to death!!) but took the plunge and this was the reply

Quote:
This department has received the recent communication regarding the above account. The terms and condition are available from the website from the time of application, and there is a 48-hour window of in which to cancel the agreement and return the funds without incurring any fee. In addition before each debit an account summary is provided to you; which also summarizes the terms once more and all the options you have for repayment. We can fax a copy of the loan agreement if provided with a fax number. If you had wanted to avoid additional fees, you needed to pay in full on the first due date of 03/31, or soon thereafter. We did not get an account summary to indicate you wanted that full amount pulled.

We do wish to assist you:
************Current Balance at this time: $390.00******************

We can offer a one time reduction offer: ______$120.00_____(giving you credit for the 270.00 -not 360.00-already paid toward 390.00 original balance)
Your account has been reduced to the above amount owing until : ___10/10/08___.
We will not debit your account again to give you a chance to pay the reduced balance, if no response or payment is made-regular debits will resume per the contract after 10/10/08.
****YOU WILL OWE NOTHING MORE IF THIS SETTLEMENT IS RECEIVED*******

Personally, because I would have had $90.00 deducted on the 10th, I have no problem paying the $120.00 to be done with them!! I have four more to go - Eastside, GECC, and Cashnet, and Little Loan Shoppe. Does anyone know if they are willing to work with customers regarding payment arrangements??
