You'll need to contact them and make payment arrangements, tell them you are dealing with some illegal activity on your account, therefore a freeze has been placed on it, so your only option is to make payments via USPS with money orders. :)

Thanks Shazzers. I'm still trying to get all this info together to do the letters. When I went to the ameriloan website it has a seal saying "certified lender." Does this mean they belong to CFSA? It's hard to read what is on the seal.

I am a mother with a big worry. My chlldren received inheritance money from their great-grand father, and to benefit when they are legal age of 21 years old. Both accounts had been closed by executor, so no more money left in the account, my son will be 21 y.o. dec 2008. can u help? please??? thanks

reeta....you need to contact an attorney that deals with inheritance. Maybe even talk to the bank...they might be able to direct you to who to talk to.
