the loanshop took money from my acct twice and I don't even have a loan with them I have been on the phone waiting know for 1/2 hour now

Have a hard debit block placed on your account or close it and open a new one at a different bank. If this was fraud, file the appropriate paperwork required by the bank to get your money back.
