Thanks for any help. I have closed my bank account and want to send the proper letters, I have paid all of them plenty on 300.00 loans, been paying bi-weekly for months. Also any one farmilar with Florida rules or laws and what I should say in a letter? I tried to get a address and fax for BIG but they would not give me one.

Yes, you have definitely paid too much on the illegal one, I'm not sure about some of these, whether they're licensed or not, please keep checking back though, I'm sure someone else will be along that might have that information for you. All you are obligated to pay back unlicensed lenders are the principal amount you borrowed.
