Bank Account

I opened a new account at my bank last week and tomorrow my old account should be finally closed ... my question is ... can these pdl companies get access to my new account since it is the same bank that I used for the payday loans?

I have read in other posts on this forum where this type of situ

I have read in other posts on this forum where this type of situation has happened to them. I'm not exactly sure though how the pdls got the new banking info, possibly by ss#?

Not taking a chance

I'm going to open a new account elsewhere. I get a free account w/ Bank of America since one of my mortgage loans is through them.
