How to sue a payday loan company for harassing phone calls..

Website is nothing more than fake as testimonials and numbers to call them. You only talk to people with strong UK accents, but everytime I look them up, I either get a London address or Reno, NV address. Not sure which one is really theirs.
I had a loan with this company, took out $250.00 had to end up paying $400.00 to pay them off, but really, with all of the renewal fees, I payed way more than that.
This company called me at work, and I work at a hotel, so I am having to deal with guests all day, and some guy would not stop harassing me. I kept hanging up on him, and he would call back repeatedly shouting "do not hang up on me!!". What an ass!! My boss eventually had to get involved because it was effecting my job. He wasn't too happy, but luckily he was on my side, and he even researched the company online and found a bunch of negative complaints regarding their company. He was able to get in contact with a supervisior, but I'm sure he didn't do anything about the guy harassing me. So I am looking into taking legal action against this company...
Does anyone know how to go about handling something like this?? Will it cost me anything to sue this company for treating me like this. I know it is illegal.Any feedback would be helpful.

Theya are in the UK...the Reno address is just a mailbox drop - no real people there...basically not much you can do...they are ruthless - next time they call you at work say you don't work there anymore...
