What is the best way to deal with judgment? Assume I already disputed.

I will to pay if anyone here can help me or know any attorney that can help me. I am from N.Y. Onondaga county

since this happen about 2 years ago..can i still file motion to dismiss?

The only way you would be able to challenge the judgment is if (a) you were not properly served with the complaint, (b) the statute of limitations on the debt expired prior to the lawsuit being filed, or (c) the debt did not belong to you. As I'm not a New York attorney, there might be other grounds, but those 3 I've outlined are usually the only ones. It would be best to consult with a New York attorney who handles consumer credit issues. You can call your local county bar association for an attorney referral.
