Ok. I have and the pleasure of speaking to several people from this "firm". And also an April Moore" who is supposed to be a locator to serve me papers. I wanted to give her my address to serve me but she wouldn't take it. She insisted I call the firm and give it to them and they would send her a release. She stated she was going to serve me at work and call and talk to my mgr to make them aware of the situation. Which I think is bizarre. She also called and spoke to my relative and told her that I for myself into a bit of trouble. Yada yada yada. Can they actually sue me for fraud and breach of contract as they are stating? I live in PA and this was originally Sonic Cash. Sheesh. Sorry for writing a book.

Just tell relatives and your manager that you have been a victim of a scam and to simply ignore the calls. Tell them that you have the situation under control.
I did report them to the FTC
I did report them to the FTC and my AG. Just wanted to make sure i was doing the right thing. It is embarrassing to have them call family members and then say they are going to call my mgr and tell them all this crazy stuff. They are evil!

Debts are civil, not criminal. Nothing can be done to you. Besides, paydaylending is illegal in PA. Report them to your state's AG and the FTC.
