I cannot believe I got myself into this mess, but in the middle of the divorce I just didn't want to take my head out of the sand. I want to get these paid off and done with, but I just don't know how to go about it at this point.
(FYI - I am in California)
I did change my bank account,
I did change my bank account, had to do that anyway because of the divorce. So that is taken care of. I also sent a letter revoking ACH and wage assignment, along with a termination of phone calls to my cell and work phone. I was able to work out a payment plan with CheckNGo, so I will have that paid off in 3 months and will have only paid about $700 in interest, so all things considered I am really happy with that result. Everything else is still pending. As far as what I have paid:

You come up with the plan to repay the principal only minus what all ready paid.. They need to agree before you send them anything, then mail money orders to them... Demand PIF's when they are paid
ACH revocation is almost
ACH revocation is almost useless with illegal lenders. Close your bank account and follow the above posts!
All the lenders except
All the lenders except CheckNGo are illegal. You have to pay back only the borrowed amount to these lenders. You don't have to pay interest rates, fees, etc. Revoke voluntary wage assignment too.
How much have you already
How much have you already paid to each of these already.. and Did you secure your bank account prior to sending out the ACH revocations? Also, definatley you want to cancel wage assignments and give copies to your payroll.
Call Check N Go and see what you can work out with them as far a payment plan...
