This department has received the recent communication regarding the above account. The terms and condition are available from the website from the time of application, and there is a 48-hour window of in which to cancel the agreement and return the funds without incurring any fee. In addition before each debit an account summary is provided to you; which also summarizes the terms once more and all the options you have for repayment. We can fax a copy of the loan agreement if provided with a fax number. If you had wanted to avoid additional fees, you needed to pay in full on the first due date of 05/30, or soon thereafter. We did not get an account summary to indicate you wanted that full amount pulled. You are also a repeat customer, and we have recorded communication to verify your awareness of our terms. |

I would only pay them the principal amount due, don't negotiate with an illegal company, also, you need to file complaints with the FTC and your Attorney General's office, you can do this online.

We do apologize but we are located in the state of Nebraska. You took out an online payday loan with us, so that is like you are coming to Nebraska to get a loan. You signed and agreed to the terms of this loan. Your original contract is available online and your application. Your current balance is $195.00. Your next due date is 2008-10-17 for $95.00. |

This was my response to them:
"According to the Maryland Commissioner of Financial Regulation and the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance you are not registered to lend in either state and therefore are illegal. Along with my complaint that I have filed with the MD Attorney General, the BBB, and the MD Department of Financial Regulation, I will also be filing a complaint with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance."

I would just send them an email, ask for a physical address to send payments, tell them no address, no payments. Don't waste your time arguing with them, just be concise and to the point, keep repeating in your emails, no address, no payments. Also understand that when you send payments I would suggest using money orders only, pay them on your terms, principal amount only.
One Click Cash
I am very sorry to tell u this but I am dealing with one click cash now and have been for along time. What they sent you in the e-mail is correct.I have had a lot of pay day loans from one click cash and all the information they sent you is correct. maybe if i explain it to you , you would get a better understanding of the terms of the loan. This is how it goes u got a loan for 350.00 u can choose to pay the loan in full on next pay or what ever through your account but this has to been done 3 days before withdrawel from account, if not done before date of withdrawl from account they will only take out the principle of the loan and you will still owe 350.00 because u choose to renew the loan. The other option is you can pay 50.00 on top of the principle of the loan and it will lower your loan amount until paid or change via internet oe phone. this is why you owe more than u think. But all you have to do is contact them and will work with you. as what they have done with me. All the information they gave yoiu to make payments through monogram is accurate I have the same information. This is a legitimate company trust me. I only owe 75.00 now to them through monogram because I choose to contact them. The loger you refuse to pay them the more you will owe them.
pamme, they are NOT legit if they are NOT licensed.

If they're so legit, pamme, why don't the owners come out in the open instead of hiding behind the Santee Sioux? Why isn't he complying with court orders in California and Colorado, let alone the c-and-d's in other states? And why is it that this "legit" company has never - in its entire history - had the balls to bring a lawsuit or arbitration to recover a bad loan?
Hmmm . . . could it be because they aren't so legit?
