Does anyone know of the address or issuing bank for Amazon.com or Target? I'm trying to find out the addresses and issuing banks, I've had these cards at one time very long ago.
Target is issued by Target National Bank. Amazon is issued by C
Target is issued by Target National Bank.
Amazon is issued by Chase Bank USA.
If you go onto their websites and look at the terms of agreement for the cards, it's usually in there.
