they are illegal and will stoop to anything to keep getting money on there illegal loans.draft a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letter.give it to your boss and HR person first.then
fax it if you can to these crooks.there is no way they can garnish,because they need a court order.being illegal they won't get that.they have to push through a wage assignment those are voluntary and revocable.
