Sounds like identity theft to me. Have you asked them why they are calling you? If they don't have any debt to settle with you then send a C&D letter.
harrassing phone calls
It might not be identity theft- it might be someone with a name so close to yours that it takes a second or so to realize it's not you. This is what's happening to my wife. Someone with exactly her name has been creating all sorts of debt (with AT&T, for example). They don't have her SS number and these debts aren't on her credit report. I did a zaba search and found the name and the phone numbers- all disconnected now. I called AT&T and we went over the numbers. They agreed it's not my wife. They had sent the name to the debt collectors.
As dumb as this sounds, the debt collector is working on an assumption that since it's the same name, it's got to be the same person. They will never stop calling unless you take action.
Acquaint yourself with the FTC regulations concerning fair debt collections practices (especially section 809) and follow the rules laid down there.
It will force them to prove to you that the debt is yours. Yes- I know it's not, but we have to play this in their court as they came to you.
If they keep coming afterward- sue them. They can lose a loot in a case of mistaken identity after they know they have the wrong person.

You have provided Allied with the correct number of the person they are looking for whne they called, correct?
So what you do is send them a certified letter and state that they are not to call you any more. I would restate the fact that you have provided them with the correct number (give it to them again in the letter). Make it completely clear that you consider this harrassment and you will take legal action.
The law allows them to contact third parties in attempt to obtain proper contact info and then they must stop. You have provided the info and they now must stop.
