I liive in Michigan and i know they are illegal, I just got a bunch more calls from Centrunion saying they have put a formal complaint in my state with my ss#, is there anything they really can do legally and what do they mean.
I have pd tem $240 on a $200 loan shouldnt i be all set??
I have emailed a few times now, does anyonehave another email the one i have sent to is [email]customercare@loantpointusa.com[/email]
should i call them back or just resend the letter??

yes re-send the letter.they are trying to wear you down with there rhetoric.DO NOT fall for it.keep doing what your doing.

that is the email address.they just don't care being illegal.also.did you give your cell# as a contact#when you got this loan .if not that is illegal for them to call it causing you to lose minutes and costing you $$$$$$$.re-file AG complaints.if you haven't filed those complaints.do it asap.

I have filed through the BBB, Attorney gen and fed trade commission, i dont want to resend the info, should i, i didnt think you could do it more than once at least for a while.
I am learning sooo much about this, but yet so little.

the only thing i canthink of if i gave my cell # was for a reference, instead of giving others #s out, that is what i may have done, but they asked for me, wouldnt they ask for the person i put down.
Does anyone know how long it may take for them to finally leave someone alone
this is still newer only a couple months old, hopefully they give in soon.

you can e-mail them a C&D letter.that should stop the calls.i wouldn't talk to them.they know they are illegal,and you don't owe them so why bother?

I emailed them a letter already, not sure what you would call it but it had all of my states info in it and telling them i closed my acct and i will not accept any more phone calls and only will communicate through email and reg mail.
is this the right one or is there another i need to get out there??
thanks, i want to send them the info i need to stop all of this.
