I just received a letter from them telling me I am governed by the laws of Malta, not Arizona where I reside and unknowingly did a illegal PD Loan over the internet. I have already paid back the loan many times over in interest fees. Can they do anything else? They have all my personal data and I have sent them a letter and fax revoking all ACH and Wage Assessments. Please advise

GreenPicket is a DBA of Northway Broker Limited which in turn is the DBA of Cash Transfer Centers, E-Care Conact Centers and Northway Financial Corporation Ltd. Northway Broker Limited is licensed in Malta but in Arizona I don't think it is licensed to lend.

But is Greenpicket a pdl? I think it is a close variant to it called installment loan. I'm also not sure whether pdl laws are applicable for installment loans.

Anyone there for more information?

I dont see either of these two companies on the State Website. Northway Financial Corporation Ltd is also Sonic Payday.com but I dont see anything about Northland. Good luck and keep us posted. Are you sure they are PDL's?
