TTcounts, be sure that you attend the court hearing or they will get a default judgement against you. Now lets try to assist you. Its possible that the "Civil Warrant" is phony. Contact your county clerks office to see if a case has been filed against you. Palisades are bottom feeder JDB's.How old is this debt? It could be past the SOL, if so they can't sue you for the debt. If the debt is not out of SOL, during discovery, ask the attorneys to provide validation. They probably can't and the case will be dismissed. Nascar or someone else with expert knowledge will be along to help you further.

I was served by the sheriff so I'm pretty sure it's real. I sent them a letter asking for validation after I got the warrant. The balance does not match any of the 2 debts I have left so I am just hoping they can't come up with validation. It's been 3 yrs and I do know the SOL in TN is 6 yrs. Thanks so much for your reply. Any more help is welcome!! Thanks!!
thanks!
