I believe consolidation can only work with unsecured debt (credit cards, etc.). A believe a bank account falls under a completely different catagory since I don't think it's technically a debt...it's an amount due caused by fees when you became overdrawn.
Pay this off asap...it'll most likely be reported on ChexSystems...and can have an impact on you opening another account.
