I think they are licensed in NM, but I can't be 100% possitive because my information is on my computer at home. What state are you in? I can tell you one thing, Nationwide MAY be licensed in NM, but they are a royal pain in the butt to reason with!

yeah, I know they're illegal here. To answer the original question, they are licensed in New Mexico, and I'm probably going to be reporting them for not following new mexico rules regarding rollovers.
